Major: B.S. in Public Affairs
Dean Strait is a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas. He currently serves as the Manager of Production and Operations at All Stars Project Inc., a nonprofit focused on youth development. In this role, he oversees community outreach initiatives, corporate and fundraising event production, and youth development workshops. He has also completed leadership training at the Stagen Leadership Academy. With a passion for service and a results-driven approach, he remains committed to creating meaningful opportunities and empowering the next generation.
Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Dean worked as an Investigative Analyst for the Federal Government and served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed strong leadership and administrative expertise. As an Administrative Non-Commissioned Officer, he led teams, coordinated high-level operations, and facilitated key partnerships between military and government entities. His dedication and excellence were recognized with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and the Naval Good Conduct Medal.
A dedicated advocate for youth and community development, Dean is actively involved in the Dallas community. He sits on the Junior Executive Board for Hunger Busters, mentor’s young black boys through Crowned Scholars, and contributes to initiatives such as the City of Dallas Teen Resource Coalition and sits on the EmpowerU Symposium Committee.
