I have always been interested in what constitutes good governance and the reasons why people vote the way they do.
Being self motivated really helped me to do well. Asking questions and building connections with your peers, professors and advisors is also important. Staying organized also was key to my success, especially when deadlines between classes overlap.
I am going to Washington University School of Law, and after graduating and passing the bar I plan on being a practicing attorney.
My main piece of advice is to not be scared to speak to professors and advisors. Some peers will try to avoid talking to them, but your EPPS advisors and professors are there to help you succeed. Having discussions and questions with professors will help you to succeed both in their classes and in getting recommendation letters that you may need later.
