Dean Jennifer Holmes recently attended a special initiative in Paraguay. On May 21, UT Dallas and Paraguay’s Administración Nacional de Electricidad (ANDE), the country’s national electricity administration company, signed the Framework Agreement for Reciprocal Cooperation.
