We are pleased to share that Master of Public Affairs students Debra Ann Hernandez, Eve Gersh, and Vanessa Gloria Flores have been selected as recipients of the William J. Pitstick Scholarship from the Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (UMANT).

Established in 1995, the UMANT Scholarship Program supports academically promising graduate students in North Central Texas who are pursuing degrees in public administration, urban affairs, or related fields impacting local government. In 2001, the scholarship was named to honor William J. Pitstick for his significant contributions to public management and his support of UMANT and its mission.
