I have always been attracted to exploring policy, political economies, equity, and advocating for underrepresented groups. Through my academic journey, I discovered that advanced data methods are powerful tools in addressing these critical issues.
I allowed myself to explore. It took calculus, psychology, sociology, economics, history, language, music, literature, and finally coding classes to finally have a full idea of what I wanted to do with my life, and I’m more certain now than ever.
My goal is to develop innovative analysis tools for conducting impactful research in policy fields such as urban planning and political economy. By leveraging my backgrounds in policy and data analysis, I want to bridge the gap between qualitative and quantitative research, empowering marginalized communities with well-informed policy recommendations and pointing out deficiencies in existing policies.
