The School of Economic, Political, and Policy Sciences (EPPS) has significantly advanced my education, offering invaluable exposure to esteemed academic scholars who have profoundly shaped my academic journey. Receiving this award is particularly meaningful, as it recognizes my EdD dissertation work—a project I hold in high regard. I deeply appreciate the NECOPA conference scholars and the enriching opportunities the conference provided – I thank Dr. Gina Scutelnicu for her support. My research focused on Yukl’s three-dimensional leadership model, examining its application and relevance within the context of federal employees. I would like to thank Dr. Sean McCandless and Dr. Meghna Sabharwal for their valuable support in making this work better. I also thank Dr. James Harrington and all other faculty members at UTD for their continuous support towards my academic journey. I also want to thank Dr. Sally Selden for her valuable support for making this paper work.
