My Work

I am teaching international politics courses and supervising students working on their senior theses. I have research interests in the politics of foreign investments, political risk and multinational corporations, corporate social responsibility, energy politics and trade.

I was a legislative research intern at the Arizona state Senate in the K-12 and Higher Education committees during the 2005 legislative session.

The Value of My Degree

I was fortunate to have an excellent advisor in Patrick Brandt and great mentorship from Clint Peinhardt, Jennifer Holmes and Linda Camp-Keith. They prepared me and gave me confidence to begin an academic career.

Work hard, challenge yourself and do not be afraid to take constructive risks.
